1. The coil of the barrier gate is loosely embedded: When the ground inductance coil cannot be firmly fixed in the nest, the vibration of the car running over the road will cause the coil in the nest to deform and change the initial inductance of the ground inductance. At this time, the sensor must be reset again. normal work. The solution is to pour molten asphalt inside to hold it in place.
2. The movable screws of the barrier gate are loose: The movable screws are connected by positive and negative threads, and the upper and lower bearings are connected by double-headed screws. If the screws are loose, the upper and lower positions will be inaccurate. Use an 80MM long Ф4 iron rod to be inserted between the double-headed screws and rotate to adjust the gate rod up and down.
3. The arm screw of the barrier gate is loose: If the screw is loose, the upper and lower position of the barrier gate rod will be inaccurate and the rod will shake greatly when it is stopped. Just hang the bolt tightly and tighten the nut.
4. The in-position control magnet moves: Cimin Hall elements are used for both the upper and lower in-position positions. If the positions of the rectangular magnet and the cam disc of the reducer change, the in-position position will be inaccurate. Adjust it accurately and not flip it, and the problem will be solved.
5. Power-off protection switch: When the control part of the barrier gate fails, the automatic protection device of the barrier gate will automatically work. At this time, the gate rod stops in the inclined position, the main power supply is disconnected, and the machine does not work. At this time, open the machine door and rotate the large belt clockwise 3-8 times to the upper position to restore it. If it cannot be restored to its original state after so many times, you need to check whether the Hall element and circuit board are malfunctioning.
6. The adjustment nut of the pull-down hook is loose: There is a pull-down hook with M10 thread in the lower part of the chassis. Its function is to pull the spring of the balance mechanism and adjust the zero point of the balance function. It is also equipped with two M10 hexagonal nuts and Ф10 spring washers. If the nuts are loose, knocking sounds and imbalances will occur when the machine is running. Although the machine can still run after the balance is imbalanced, it will greatly increase the load on the reducer, motor and other transmissions. The load on the mechanical parts will affect the reliability of the gate operation and the mechanical life.
Gate maintenance
With the continuous development of the automobile industry and the increasing number of automobiles, the demand for barrier gates is also increasing. The barrier occupies a very important position in the parking lot system. Once the barrier cannot operate, the parking lot system will basically be paralyzed. Therefore, in order to ensure the normal operation of the parking system, its maintenance is particularly important.
1. Check the fasteners once a month to see if they are loose or falling off and tighten them in time. Loose screws can easily cause the gate to fail to lift properly and cause other malfunctions.
2. Frequently remove dust and debris on the surface of the box to keep the surface of the barrier gate clean. Cleaning the surface can give people a good image and also prevent the system body from rusting.
3. Add lubricating oil to each movable connection accessory every 3 months to maintain good lubrication. Ask professionals to check the wear and tear situation every 6 months and replace worn parts in time.
4. Check the balance spring after 30,000 runs and make balance adjustments in time. The spring is easily deformed and may change over time, so be careful.
5. The remote control distance is too short. Please check whether the installation location of the host is covered by metal objects or whether the battery power is sufficient.
6. The battery of the remote control uses DC12V, 23A battery with a service life of one year. Be careful to replace the battery and avoid getting wet, beaten or hit.
External maintenance
Currently, the barrier gates on the market are made of 304 stainless steel, which is rust-proof, sturdy and durable. The cleaning frequency can be set to once a week: mainly clean the surface, remove rust spots, polish the surface of the chassis with a soft cloth and fossil powder, apply anti-rust oil, do not rub the newly applied anti-rust oil with your hands, wait 3- Allow 5 hours to dry naturally before touching it with your hands, otherwise it will destroy the anti-rust effect on the surface.
Maintenance of circuit parts
Based on previous use, check if there are any problems with the electronic control part. If there is no problem, check whether the power supply is exposed and wrap it up. Organize the wires. If the wires are aged, replace them. Refer to the instructions and check the parameters of each part. If there is a problem, follow the clues to find the source of the problem and replace individual electronic components.
Internal movement maintenance
As the heart of the machine, the movement of the barrier gate must be well maintained. The maintenance frequency is generally once a month: first open the upper cover and cut off the power supply, clean the dust on the surface, clean the transmission part first and then add butter or high-concentration engine oil for lubrication. Check whether each fastener is loose, tighten each fastener, and check the wear of wearing parts. If the wear degree exceeds the specified parts, replace them in time. Check whether there is a gap of more than 3mm between the positioning arm and the positioning plate. , if any, replace it in time. Add an appropriate amount of butter or engine oil to the solenoid valve core to make the solenoid valve move left and right to reduce resistance and obtain lubrication, but do not add too much, otherwise it will be counterproductive.
