The principle of garbage disposal

The food waste disposer drives the cutterhead through a small DC or AC motor, uses centrifugal force to crush the food waste in the crushing chamber and then discharges it into the sewer. The crushing chamber has a filtering effect and automatically intercepts food solid particles; the cutter head is equipped with two or four impact heads that can rotate 360 degrees. It has no sharp edges and is safe, durable and maintenance-free. The cutterhead speed (full load, working state) of the DC motor is about 2000-4000 rpm. The diameter of the crushed particles is less than 4 mm and will not block drainage pipes and sewers.
